School and PTO Events

For offsite painting we offer up to
3 different styles per event, ranging in cost from $8-$20. These options can be tailored to accommodate special occasions or themes. We will work with you to choose the perfect pieces for your event within the price points that work for you.

Dates for events should be decided on approximately 60 days out from the event date. We ask that orders be collected by the school and then final numbers returned to us at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. We will provide images and descriptions of the pottery offerings for the school to send out a flyer, or post on any digital communication sites.

Night of the event, we will bring everything necessary for painting: pottery, paints, brushes, etc. We will bring extra pottery that night to accommodate last minute orders. Items will be returned to the school 10-14 days after the event, bagged and ready to return to students. Payment can be made the night of the event by check, or the PTO can be invoiced with payment due prior to finished pottery being returned to the school.
